Aaj khaane mein kya bana hai part deux!
Not that I made an elaborate breakfast today but writing about easy recipes made me not want to cook that much in the afternoon as well . . So I went for my minimal effort lunch option

🥗Vegetable pulao!!
Recipe is fairly simple . . I call it the three step recipe
🥗 Chop whatever you can find in the veggie basket

🥗Sauté whatever you found in the veggie basket with spices

🥗 Add water and let it cook!
Whoop whoop ! Have the curd or achaar! Or both ! Add ketchup (as my brother in law does but he's crazy)

I am not a ketchup person but I know people who would add ketchup to EVERYTHING !
