Ingredients
Medium red apples washed 3
Medium beetroot washed 1
Medium carrots washed 2
Ginger washed and peeled 2 inches
Fresh mint sprigs washed a few
Black salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tablespoon
Lemon slices 4 for garnishing
Method
1) Roughly slice carrots, red apples, beetroot and ginger.
2) Pass carrots, apples, beetroot, ginger and mint through a slow juicer.
3) Add black salt and lemon juice and mix well.
4) Pour juice into serving glasses, garnish each glass with a lemon slice and serve.
