Hello sir, my baby is 22 months old. He was born Low birth weight 1.5kg. IUGR. Sometimes her right eye doesnt move properly left nd right and appears like squint when she looks turned.

We got her eyes examined. Doc told number is not there, but right eye doesn't move in rightwards. Nd to look right side she smartly turned her face and see. Doc told its one type of squint but not bad squint and doesn't require any surgery and there vl be no vision lose in this case. But she vl do face turn which is good for her. Nd vl examine in 4 to 6 months again. My question is in this case if eye doesn't move towards right, then can vision therapy will help to stronger the muscles? What's your valuable advice.
