hi asmita, these are general guidelines. Imagine if i tell you to strictly pee only four times a day because i say i pee only four times a day(bad analogy, and completely nonsense, i know)... but you and me are different and our water intakes vary right? .. this is a baby we are talking about, and its definitely not a good idea to force feeding patterns on him. Imagine your baby crying with hunger and you telling go back to sleep...night feeds are the last to go, and they will gradually stop, so go with the baby...

I read this tip. But couldn't put it in action. My son is a year old and bf. He needs to be bf continuously throughout the night. Else he doesn't sleep. I tried giving him bottle at night. But it didn't work. Any suggestions please
