Avoid oily nd spicy food. Have a walk after every meal nd have small meals. Before going 2 bed have a glass of cold milk or ice-cream.

Avoid spicy and colicky food. Include lots of fresh fruits in your diet, specially an apple a day. Drink sufficient water
