ACTIVITY WITH ELMER THE PATCHWORK ELEPHANT !!!

..

Kiaan is in love with Elmer series currently and we decided to recreate and do a fun number and colour matching activity.. it's a simple activity but got him excited as he was making Elmer himself

..

The book is by @David McKee and is recommended for kids aged 3+ years

..

I Would recommend you to read the first book of the series titled Elmer initially because it lays the foundation of introducing Elmer who is unique and different from his herd. His body has lovely and beautiful colours making him stand from the crowd.

..

This book focuses about all the Elephant celebrate Elmer's day by organising an Elephant Parade !!!

..

Well Kiaam and I did a number and colour match here,There are many ways to recreate the activity I did, you can do the activity in following ways too

➡️ Make use of play dough

➡️ Stickers or Craft based

➡️ Make use of Magna Tiles or Blocks

..

Hope you too liked this activity, do save it and try it out with your kids later .. ps I just wanted to add I am inspired by @mommatosiabear to try out book based plays for kiaan and it's working awesome

@sonam jain when did you start book based plays for Kian? Trying to figure out the right options for Aarya too. Though she is much younger.
