Do not use soap over the C section scar and if you see this scar is getting red you must visit your gynecologist for a monthly follow up bleeding might stop now in this week if it doesn't then you definitely need to see your doctor

Hii anon, bleeding occurs for 45-50 days. And the wound is getting healed, so itching will be there due to dryness. Don't worry.

It's normal to bleed after c section or normal delivery, If you have heavy flow, do consult doctor once, hope your stitches are healed, do apply the cream/lotion given to you, always keep the skin dry so that you don't have itching bcoz of sweat, yes do take the tablets.. drink more water too..
