In every household this adai multigrain batter will be stored especially at a south Indian home.
Breakfast for morning /Dinner How to make :
2 cup of rice
1 cup of channa dal
1 cup of urad dal
1 cup or toor dal
6 to 8 red chili flakes (less than or more than) (Optional can add moong dal /orange dal) Soak for 5 to 6 hrs (3 hrs)
Make a batter don't grind too finest don't grind a watery dosa batter make it thick add little water.
The better should its a little hard with not finely grind
Add ginger to batter
Add salt
Pour into box in airtight container
Place it outside at normal room temperature for 1 to 2 hrs. Then start preparing
Heat the pan with oil
Mix the batter very well
Pour 2 scoops of batter
The multigrain dosa should to thick not thin like dosa/chilla
Optional to make it thin Apply oil the
Turn to both sides.
Should be crispy the sides.
Then ready
Serve with Jaggery The combination of adai the multigrain dosa is jaggery. #cookingrecipe
