Baked this wholewheat jaggery powder muffins..
All you'd need for baking these delicious treats. Ingredients.
Wholewheat flour-1 and 1/4 cup
Buttermilk- 1cup
Jaggery powder- 3/4th cup
Vanilla essence-1 tsp
Baking soda- 1 tsp
Oil-1/2cup
Salt pinch
Chocolate chips- 1/2 cup

✅ Sieve the dry ingredients
✅ Mix oil, buttermilk & vanilla essence in a separate bowl.
✅ Preheat oven at 180 degrees
✅ Line the cupcake tray with liners
✅ Mix the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
TIP: Don't overmix
✅ Use a few Tsps of milk if required
TIP: Batter should be in a ribbon flowing consistency
✅ Fill the cupcakes liner up to 3/4th of the tin
✅ Bake it 180 for 20 mins or till toothpick comes clean TIP: You can store in air tight container for 3 days or can refrigerate upto a week tray with liners
