Abdomen massage after three weeks. Legs upper back shoulder arms and head can be started asap. Baby massage should be done by the mother. For warm weather cold pressed coconut oil is the best option .

i started as soon as i came back from hospi. i had a CSection. i waited for 3 weeks for baby's massage. pls read article for advice on oils.
