After delivery I put on more weight. please suggest for reducing weight during breastfeeding time

food play a major role in losing weight. Now this doesn't mean that you have to leave eating.<br>
Avoid oily and extra carbohydrate loaded food. Start your day with warm water/lemon honey wate and increase water intake through out the day. <br>
Load your food with lots of fruits,vegetable and nuts. Eating smart will helps you alot like eating 5 or6 small meals.<br>
Next comes the workout. Start with walking and gradually ans shift to any types of cardio workout. <u>Keep</u> your motivated as it took nine month to increase so atleast it will take few months to fit in your old clothes.
