after delivery i put so much weight due to this my husband dont spend tme with me plz help

plz don't worry it happened wid me also I think the situation u r facing is not cz of ur weight but there are some or the other reasons too..jst spend some quality time with him, make dinner of his choice, decorate the room with flowers n fragrance, stop talking about you baby n other family members, let d time flows BTW him n u. hope it works

dnt worry.It happens..dont stress urself vid <u>it</u>.many ladies put on weight ftr delivery n yes all u cn do to loose weight n feel better.you cn do 15mins walk daily n eat healthy n nutrious diet instead of eatin high calorie's food n yes u cn strt doin some easy exercises or yoga fr losing weight..its nt dat tough<br>
take a deep breath n relax.things vl fine..give some time to it n most imprtantly strt loving urself.

no dear he is not even give tme to baby my baby is 7 month in these 7 month i only who care my baby after delivery he is totally changed

Oh Rima, don't feel like that. You have given your husband one of the greatest treasures in the world he can have... But pregnancy and the new baby can be all very confusing to men, they don't think like women... Be open with your husband, tell him you need him to be with you... Tell him to help you with the baby with things like changing baby's nappy or giving medicines to baby. Talk of other things than the baby. Once in a while initiate things yourself, rather than waiting for him to make the first move... And yes, just for you to feel better about yourself, you could start working out, and do some things to pamper yourself... But do not ever give in to self pity...
