I didn't tie belt or cloths. now I have Tommy .plz tell me what can I do for reduce Tommy. delivery 3 months ago.

Previously they used to tie cloths and now they suggest belt. It will help prevent the tummy from getting more flabby but not reduce your tummy. Exercise helps regain the strength and shape of your tummy. For c section, belt is okay to use. For Normal delivery, cloth or belt both Is okay

for normal delivery it's good but for c section it's not a good idea ..

it works... but make sure it does not hurt you pm much... for normal delivery its safe... but I don no about c section
