Baby is too young. All kids do this and it's normal. no need to worry. It's the way how baby will try to know things. Anything or everything they will keep in mouth , this is how they try to know the things. If baby is keeping fingers, whole hand, legs...it's exploring their body parts. Gently remove hands whenever you see and keep wiping their mouth, fingers and below neck region, as they drool a lot. You can give some rattles, teethers, playgym is the best investment.
