i took mine 1 day before my missed period and it showed :)

You can take pregnancy test on  the day of your missed period. If it turns negative then take another test after 1 week.

after 5 days frm ur skipped period u can take pregnancy test using pregnancy kid.

Usually one week after you miss ur periods but it differs person to person you can take test even very next day of ur missed periods if the result is positive then it will show faint lines.. (as all it depends upon ur hcg level)
