hello...<br> Belts helps in supporting abdominal muscles and internal organs... usually after one week - 15days doctor suggests to wear abdominal belt as it helps to place internal organs back to its position... but still before using get consent from your doctor...

I was given a go by my gynac once my stitches were done with... That was 10 days post my delivery... I would suggest u to plz crosscheck with ur gynac <u>too</u>

your gyno should tell you that u are fine to wear. Though stitches will be healed in a couple of months.. but to heal from inside..it takes time.
