massage with coconut oil and take bath. you can try some home made face<br> scrubs and pack... check on youtube for more.

Hi anon! This is a very temporary phase due to hormones in postpartum phase and also during pregnancy the melanin content in body increases and pigmentation becomes common along with skin darkening especially around the neck area .. Do not stress. Your skin will get back to normal in a couple of months. Also if you are breastfeeding make sure you eat food rich in proteins, Calcium and include lots of green vegetables. Vitamin A will help your skin get back to normal and fresh soon :)
