After reading kinshoo ‘s post on good touch and bad touch I got reminded of an incident which we faced with my daughter
I tell you how proud we felt with her! Many of you by now would have known we stay in US and this happened when my daughter was somewhere around 2 years. I always stay with my daughter as I am a stay at home mom due to my visa status.
I had to leave my daughter with my friend who also stays in the same neighborhood as I had to learn driving.
After two days when I was entering the community I got a call from her but I felt since I’m about to meet her in 2 mins felt I should drive instead of attending the call and wasting time. So rushed to see what my daughter was up to.
When I knocked the door only my friend opened the door without my daughter. When I asked she showed me to the restroom. When I rushed she said she has pooped cleaned her and came back
My friend said BabyA had pooped and she took my friend to the washroom but when she tried to remove my daughter ‘s pants BabyA had said Nooooooooooo, You are not supposed to touch me. Call mumma!
My friend is a timid girl got panicked and had called me to say she didn’t do anything!
Since I didn’t attend the call my friend didn’t know what to do so she had called my husband to know what to be done!
Later I had to inform my husband too and after that my daughter spent around half an hour at her home and we returned back!
It’s fine at times to face such incidents! I know my friend felt embarrassed due to this but I am happy that I have taught my daughter the right thing and we have got an incident to cherish for the life long in a memorable way!
