hi dear, do not go too long without food as gas, bloating and acidity can happen.. best is to have small meals at small intervals...

follow your heart.. when ever you feels hungry eat... you can also eat in a regular intervals of 2 hrs or 3.<br>
include fruits sprouts salads n loads of water... would not suggest you juices it contains lots of sugar.. you can include curd , milk n coconut water also.<br>
never skip your breakfast lunch n dinner.. <br>
if you have cravings for other things like chatpata food ice-cream n chocolates.. eat smartly... no Street food..

during the pregnancy you can also eat 2-3 hours...now days drink more water or juice <u>also</u>
