How much sleep is important for babies?
1.Sleep and newborns (0-3 months)

Children aged 6 to 13 years need 9 to 11 hours of sleep. Sleep problems and disorders are more prevalent at this age.

1.Hunger
Hunger can drive anyone cranky the same holds for babies also. Feeding baby shortly before bedtime help for a little longer uninterrupted sleep.
2. Temperature
Babies generally have body temperature higher than adults. Infants are not able to regulate the body temperature.this can also be the main reason for disturbed sleep.
3. Medical conditions
