All working moms who are or was on maternity leaves please take a note..
if your organization has not yet implemented the Maternity Benefit Amendment Act 2017 , you have the right to ask for it and still if they are reluctant you may please file a complaint in PMOs website..

As per the act new moms who were on maternity leave on 1st April 2017 or who are on maternity leave after 1st April 2017 are eligible for 26 weeks leaves and post that flexible shift timings/ work from home etc whichever your company agrees mutually..Also till 15 months mothers are eligible for nursing breaks..
From 1st July 2017 every establishment having 50 employees and 30 or more female employees (can be contractual, permanent, third party means any female employees) have to mandatarly provide crèche facility either in their own premises or 500 m distance from premises and the mother would be allowed 4 visits to crèche which includes her interval for rest to feed her child..
