Yes amreen.. Thats enough...try to eat healthy n get odr nutrients n vitamins thru food.. Hv egg chicken lentils flaxseeds.. Almonds walnut anjeer.. Green leafy veggies... N drink min 4 ltrs of watr... Tk cr..
