Aloo Mushroom Paratha

Ingredients:
2 – boiled potatoes ( peeled & mashed )
1 cup – chopped mushroom
1 – onion ( chopped )
1/2 tsp – ginger ( finely chopped )
1/2 tsp – turmeric powder
1/2 tsp – chilli powder
1 tbsp – coriander powder
1 tbsp – oil
1 tbsp – coriander leaves ( chopped)
salt to taste

Method:
Get ready with all the ingredients
Heat a pan and pour 1 tbsp oil
Add 1 chopped onion, 1/2 tsp chopped ginger and cook until soft .
Add 1 cup chopped mushroom and mix.
Add salt and cook for 5 minutes on medium-heat ( until the mushroom shrinks and becomes soft)
Add the spice powders and mix.
Add 2 mashed potato and mix well .
Add the coriander leaves and turn off the heat.
Aloo mushroom masala ready .
Add the stuffing in the wheat dough
Roll this thin paratha
Cook it well from both side on tava
Hot paratha ready to be served with pickle and chutney
