Aloo Paratha

INGREDIENTS
2 boiled mashed potatoes
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
¼ cup boiled peas
1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp dry mango powder
¼ tsp dry pomegranate powder/anaar dana
Whole wheat dough
Ghee for cooking the parantha

Preparation :
In a bowl mix potatoes, salt, garam masala, coriander powder, dry mango powder,dry pomegranate powder and coriander leaves.
Take a portion of dough.
Roll it into chapati
Put the potato filling in it.
Cover it from all the sides.
Put boiled peas on it.
Roll it again into a parantha.
Cook the parantha on a hot tawa with ghee.
Serve with curd or butter.
