Aloo Roast
Ingredients
Potato- 6 nos

Water

Mustard Oil - 2 Tbsp

Cumin seeds - 1 Tsp

Fenugreek - 1/4 Tsp

Hing/Asafoetida powder

Salt to taste

Turmeric powder

Chili powder

Kalonji seeds - 1/2 Tsp

Garam Masala - 1/2 Tsp

Amchur powder

Pickle - 2 Tbsp
Method
Pressure cook the potato for about 4 whistles

Peel the potatoes and slice them and keep it aside

Heat a pan with some oil, add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, asafoetida powder and roast them

Add the potatoes and roast them

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, kalonji powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder and mix them well

Add pickle gravy and mix it

Roast the potatoes well

Serve the Aloo Roast hot with rice or roti
