Nipple Stimulation during pregnancy is not advisable during pregnancy as it can lead to pre term contractions. However once you reach week 37 then you can start some gentle massages. Hold the nipple between your thumb and forefinger, gently pull , roll and let go. repeat a few times a day three to five times each time. You can also get a nipple extractor which is available in the market with the brand pigeon. It's not expensive and just works on suction.
