You should take iron tablets and must drink beet root's ( chakundar) juice daily your hb will increase automatically without any side effect and also it will maintain your water level I m also 37 week pregnant and in this stage hb should be 11 to 12% try it you will definitely see the difference in your hb

You must take the injections as during delivery you will loose blood and this will further drop your hb levels. It will cause weakness and difficulty in the recovery. The injections are safe.
