am 6 months pregnant now!  I feel Jitter in the night and some times during the day also,  my sleeping hours has also reduced,  while in the past  was sleeping so well, can anyone suggest if these are normal Also my BP, sugar and weight are under control.

this is actually nature's way of preparing you for after baby days, its normal... try doing meditation, deep breathing at bed time. Avoid mobile, tv, laptop etc 1 hour prior to bedtime....

Yes absolutely normal Akanksha....this happens due to hormonal changes....if anytime you feel more uncomfortable talk to your gynaec...take warm milk before bed it may improve your sleep.... take care
