Am 7 weeks pregnant with twins. Down with bad cold. Sneezing a lot and I am scared as I am still very early nothing should happen to my babies. Tried controlling sneezing but my voice has also become heavy... Help doctor and experts!!
Nothing but sneezing actually pressurize the lower abdomen.. hence medicines are good to take.. have warm fluids and hot water

Try steaming and have turmeric milk... but make sure to check with doctor
