Am away from my husband since i became pregnant, am at my in laws place, he is working in another state, I used to cry a lot as I am away from him, nowadays I feel so lonely, I dont like my in laws, dont like spending time with them, going mentally crazy, and also getting angry on my husband widout any fault of his. Due to corona I cant travel to him, nor he is taking the risk of coming here. but I am so broken mentally, what should I do, how to remain happy and positive? i am feeling so depressed...

Hi Anon please relax, I can understand what you are going through. How many week pregnant are you? Do you read books? There are lot of good books. Watch movies. Ask your husband if he can come and take you.

Hello dear, hugs. In pregnancy our body goes through lot of changes and so these transformations are quite normal. Just give time to yourself. Think of the positive side, it's for the betterment of your child that he is not coming. As the chances of getting infection is high while travelling. Meditate, listen to good music or some mantras in which you believe. Vdo call him and talk. Share your feelings with him. Do whatever you like...Be it painting, be it cooking. Walk on your terrace or garden. Talk to the baby inside your tummy. You will feel so special. And yes, we are always there for you. You can anytime ping.
