🍊Ginger - Helps fight flu and common cold.
🍊Citrus fruits- packed with Vit. C- increase production of WBC.
🍊Garlic - helps fight infections.
🍏Broccoli - packed with vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. Better to cook as little as possible.
🍏Spinach - increase infection-fighting ability.; Better to cook as minimum as possible.
🍊Yogurt - live and active bacteria stimulate immunity system to fight infections. Plain is better than flavored.
🍊Turmeric - anti-inflammatory property.
🍊Black pepper - anti-bacterial property. Maximize efficiency of other nutritous foods that we eat.

Hello dear even my child was less immunity until I introduce pedia sure to him 2 years back .Now he is eating everything very well . There are a lot of flavors which your child will like . It will help in building immunity and growth and brain development also my child playing on park and saved from germs bacteria..

Nice. My kids run around without shoes, put dirty hands in the mouth n God knows what else. Can't control everything, hopefully they r building immunity by all this.<br>
