Sometimes during pregnancy mood swings happen and hormonal changes also occur which may lead to this..also fear of changes in life after baby.. situations in family lead to this..so one is to try distraction techniques like involving oneself in a favorite hobby, reading, listening to music, being in nature..also talking with open mind with each other and sharing concerns help..
