"Amaranth Porridge

Ingredients :
1. Amaranth flour - 1 tbsp
2. Pumpkin puree (steamed and pureed) - 1/4 cup
3. Ghee - 1 tsp

Preparation :
1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the Amaranth flour on low flame
2. Add warm water and stir to avoid lumps.
3. Add pumpkin puree and mix well.
4. Cook the porridge for 2-3 minutes.
5. Add more water if required to adjust the desired consistency.
6. Serve the porridge warm and feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
