Anonymous Post : Be Supportive and Non-Judgemental
I am a 31 year old female with a mild case of PCOD and I have been trying to conceive for the sometime now.
I have missed my periods for the past 2 month and the result of the test so far has been negative. Last I had met a gynecologist, I was told that I need to rest my cycle by inducing it artificially and have a follicular monitoring done.
What I wanted to know is, should I induce my cycle or keep trying without any medication.

I had a chronic case of PCOD and has improved remarkably by following the programme recommended by The Health Awareness Center in Worli, Mumbai. Highly recommend them for all health disorders! I had tried Allopathy since I was 16, followed by Homeopathy and Ayurveda, nothing worked as well as this did. Even underwent a laproscopic removal of cysts. All methods gave me relief only for a few days/ weeks or months. But one word of wisdom - Stress is the BIGGEST cause of PCOD/S. Control that by way of breathing exercises and meditation.

Try hypnobirthing. learn about ovulation tracking, you need to have sex when ovulating for one year before getting worried. 31 is very young, women don't go into menopause until late 40s or 50s. eat organic, avoid sugar and avoid stress.

Let nature take its course. For many moms it took more thank 6 months to conceive and for some even up to 2 years. Just keep trying and ensure all is well and healthy. be positive and happy
