Anxiety is nothing but a worry or a fear in the mind that leads to anger, irritability, and other behavioural changes. Identify the trigger that’s causing anxiety in your kids.
Help your kids deal with their anxiety and not avoid them.
Make them comfortable to talk to you about their feelings and worry.
Respect their feeling and fear but do not let those fear empower them completely. Try to bring your kids out of their comfort zone.
Be a role model to them. Speak to them about your fears and the way you overcome them.
Appreciate them when they make efforts to fight their fears even if they didn’t succeed in it.
