hey deepa, gun shot is superb. the first one is easy. but baby gets scared of the noise (no pain) so piercing the second ear is always tricky! just get it done at a good place - a dr or a high end beautician. good luck!! any normal antiseptic ointment is just fine.

I was told drs do it too ..any 'recommendations
