It is always better to start any strenuous workout after 6 months of a c-section delivery. You can take daily walks now and gradually start toning exercises for the arms and legs. Arm raises, arm circles, chest fly, standing skull crushers, leg raises while sitting upright on a chair, calf raises can be done with either body weight or 1 kg weights. Start anything gradually and depending on how your body feels you can increase the reps. But avoid abdominal workouts and intense cardio till 6 months.

post a surgical birth you can start with a walking program as per your comfort at about 40 days post partum. This can then become brisk walks and other cardio workout after three months. Stretches for your calves and feet can start immediately after birth like pointing and flexing feet and circles for the ankles. Do kegels and some chest exercises in the first one month. Once your body gains strength then you can add the back routine and finally after checking for diastasis recti start abdomen work as well.
