Any gynaecologist doctors who can help me with this nagging problem of Scar Endometriosis I have been going through since 2014? I wonder why it never struck me to write on the Baby Chakra app all this while. My first c section was in 2011 and in 2014 I started getting terrible pain in the scar region from the 4th or 5th day of menstruation till another 5 days and the pain used to be bad enough to restrict mobility. I was diagnosed with scar endometriosis and was told that the problem disappears with a pregnancy as the tissues in the scar region would self heal themselves. But after 2 months of the next c section I got my second period in Nov 2016 and it was then I realised that the problem had only worsened from the last menstruation I had got prior to my second pregnancy. I consulted another gynaec and I'm currently taking Endosis 2mg once daily post lunch. I have not got my period since Jan 2017 end and I need to take the medicine till almost the end of July. Doctor says it's normal for menstruation to not happen as the dienogest formula curbs ovulation. whenever I think of this problem I get so anxious wondering how the pain will be when I start menstruating again and if I'm on the right course of treatment. Recently I have stared to feel pain in the knees too. could it be the side effect of the medicine i am currently on? too many questions I have in my head right now coz I am seeing signs of an impending surgery. I have USG reports that I can share.

Thank you for your response Dr. Shilpitha. I met the Dr. some weeks back for a follow up. she examined the region and said that the tissues have softened from what she had seen last and she asked me to continue the treatment for another 3 months and wait for about 6 weeks for the next period. she said she wants to see me after the period to know if the pain comes back.

but i wanna share my experience... i had a seen three patients with this case- i explained them about hormonal medications and surgery too... obviously they opted for medicine first- but the result is too low, later they asked me to go for surgery, went on definitive surgery and now they are feeling normal... so i feel you should talk to your doctor about this...
