any remedy for extremely sore nipples??? :( not able to enjoy breastfeeding because of it. got the Lactation consultant visit twice. tried c hold and v hold. few sessions are really painful.
he is a month and a half old

Fareena apply coconut oil and pour hot water on ur breast after sometime...
also apply ghee or ur own milk and it would heal soon..
