i have surfed net for the same and came to knw thru so. e of my friends too that painless vaccines are nt much effective and they r also banned at some places now.. its better to opt for painfull ones. i was also afraid befr first vaccination but now m nt.. its jus our fear.. u b strong in front of the baby.. keep your face smiling n calm.. baby understands our facial expressions... believe me my babies cries for nly few seconds after vaccinations and aftr tht they r jus fyn.. apply thrombophorbe if swelling comes or rub sme ice.. and give paracetamol drops as prescribed by the doc.. its jus two days and pain is gone.

Painless injection are effective as wel. It's lil expensive or more they will charge. Many of my friends and me have given painless.
