Moreover, pls don't stress about the head coming down as sometimes in breech the cord is entangled.. so just keep track of the movements and trust your gynac. All the best. Few doctors believe that breech babies are more likely to be injured during or after pregnancy if they are delivered vaginally. There might also be complications with the umbilical cord, where the supply of oxygen to the baby may slow down. So the doctors generally opt for C-section. But there are few cases in which a healthy baby in a breech position has been delivered by natural birth. So please check with your gynecologist and proceed further.
