anyone facing high uric acid issue here ? any remedies that work for you ?

it takes time to subside uric acid level... please dont feel low.. make sure to continue your diet for atleast 2-3 months to see changes

i am also consulting a orthopedician, and i m on vitamin b12 these days, along with i have been asked to take vitamin d daily by being in sun for 10 min

thanks a ton <font color ="#3b5998"><b> @616d5a27c1b4770013bcb718 </b></font>. i drink water about 4-5 ltrs in a day. acv twice in a day. vegetable juice once a day (carrot, beetroot, tomatot, cucumber) have chicken only once a week. take milk and curd daily. but i still have pains in knees and shin. i am lost for answers.

<font color ="#3b5998"><b> @629847e308f7c30014119c82 </b></font>- tell her to have milk tea ( with dates syrup) dairy products do wonders in gout... cheese paneer skimmed milk curd etc all dairy products are helpful in this case...

Joint pains already started. Do lions dates have anything to do with this.. she have lots of black tea with lion dates syrup.
