Eat healthy and avoid junks,; most probably after this your doctor might ask you to try only after 3 months as the body needs to heal, so keep yourself active.; Also ask your doctor if you want to go through TORCH TEST,; there are few uterus centric virus like toxoplasmosis, Rubella, cmv and herpes if we have any of this reactive in us missed abortion is possible; (no heart beat is missed abortion ) so it's better to get the test done .. it will cost like 3 to 4 k but it's really worth it. I dint know I have this for so long only in this January we found out took treatment and got pregnant, so do speak with your doc.
