1/2 bowl oil( u can take any oil like coconut oil/ refined oil/ butter)
2-3 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon vanilla essence
PROCEDURE
Take a mixing bowl n add eggs, oil, jaggery powder , cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, apple pureen blend it till a smooth paste. Now add whole wheat flour n oats to the mixture and add 1 tablespoon baking powder and 1/4 tablespoon baking soda and mix it well. Preheat microwave at 180°C for 10 mins.
