Apple Milkshake

INGREDIENTS
Apple - 1 medium sized
Banana - 2 small
Chia seeds - ½ tsp (soaked overnight)
Almonds - 6
Cow's Milk/formula milk/breastmilk - 2 cups
Honey/Sugar - 2 tsp (optional)
Soak ½ tsp of chia seeds in1/4 cup of water overnight. Use this to your milkshake.

Preparation :
Keep all the ingredients ready. Soak almonds in warm water for 10 minutes. Then peel the skin of almonds and set aside.
Wash the apple in running water thoroughly. Peel the outer skin off from the apple using a peeler. Then cut them into cubes and discard the seeds.
Peel and slice the bananas, keep it ready.
Then take the chopped apples, bananas, chia seeds, peeled almonds and milk in a juicer/blender along with honey/sugar (if using).
Blend everything till smooth.

Disclaimer: If feeding to baby under 12 months, do not add sugar or honey. You may use date puree for sweetening.

For babies, above 12 months, we recommend do not add white sugar, you may use honey, jaggery or date puree for sweetening.
