Apple Ragi Porridge

Ingredients :
1. Apple - 1/2
2. Homemade Ragi flour
3. Water/ Breastmilk / Formula - as required

Preparation :
1. Wash, peel and dice the apple
2. Grind it to a fine puree. Steam it if required.
3. Mix the ragi powder with water in a pan on low heat
4. Cook slowly to avoid lumps
5. Add the apple puree and cook for another 2 minutes.
6. Once it is cooked well .Serve lukewarm.
7. Feed with a baby spoon

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
