Hey Shaheena upset stomach is very common but don't pressure to pass motions.... instead increase water intake...avoid spicy oily food...it's a must to talk to your doctor she will prescribe you some medicine for constipation....don't try any home remedy without your doctor advice...your first 3 months are very crucial you need to be extra; <u>careful</u>

Constipation may be on and off. Do not put pressure at all. Whenever you feel the sensation of visiting the loo drink a glass full of water and then go. Increasing your fluid intake will help you more than anything. constipation is an indication tht your liquid intake has reduced. Good luck and stay strong.

Hi Shaheena... Constipation is very common problem during pregnancy so drink more fluids n eat fibre rich food like fruits salads etc but don't put pressure that is very risky ... If you feel motion is not clear then whenever you feel like to pass motion you can but don't give pressure..

Yes Shaheena.. Irregular motions are common.. But it needs to be avoided.. U need to chng ur diet.. Drink 4 ltrs of watr.. Hv isabgol daily wid warm milk... Hv lots of fibres n 4 to 5 prunes.. <br>
Hv mosambi or orange juice <u>daily</u><br>
Do not give pressre whn passing motion..
