I have come up with a diet plan that I followed during my pregnancy on recommendation of my nutritionist and it worked great for me

𝗘𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴: ✨option 1: Toned milk/ green tea - 1 cup with 5-6 almonds. ✨Option 2: fresh lime water with 5-6 almonds. 🌸

𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁: ✨Toned milk + ✨oats mix idli / vegetable Dalia/ vegetable upma/ stuffed chapati with curd or vegegable ✨With One small bowl of sprouts / paneer .

Mid morning snacks :✨ 1 fruit / vegetable soup / vegetable juice / buttermilk / coconut water - 1 glass + ✨walnuts-2

𝗟𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵: ✨Missi roti/ spinach roti + ✨Vegetable rice + ✨pulses / paneer/ non veg + ✨green vegetable + ✨liberal salad + ✨small bowl of curd

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗦𝗻𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀: ✨Milk/ shakes/tea/coffee - 1 cup + ✨roasted chana/paneer sandwich/poha/upma/roasted makhanas / fruits

𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗸 : ✨Any vegetable soup/milk shake /fresh lime water

𝗗𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿: ✨Missi roti/spinach roti+

✨ Vegetable dalia + ✨pulses/ paneer/non veg + ✨green vegetables +✨ salad + kheer/custard.

BED TIME : Milk - 1 cup
