For most pregnancies if everything is well and healthy travel is allowed up till week 36 by train and road and week 32-34 by air depending on airline policy.
If you are traveling for a baby moon Remember to carry all your reports and medications. Have a check up before you leave and keep your doctor informed of your travel plans.
Carry some healthy snacks like dry fruits, seeds, makhanas with you as this will help avoid some road side or flight snacks.
If journey is long then take frequent breaks, walk around and drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
Take it easy and don't plan a very hectic schedule. Relax and enjoy this time before baby arrives.
If you are planning to travel to your home town for the delivery then it's good to make one trip in early Pregnancy to meet with the doctor there and make yourself comfortable. At times arriving in the last few weeks and then looking for a doctor can make things stressful.
