as a breastfeeding mom, if i consume less or equal calori energy that is necessary to normal lady of normal activity.then.
1.will my milk production decrese or
2. I feel weakness or
3. i can get that extra calory energy for brestfeeding from fat present in my body ?

While breast feeding your body does use the reserves from the excess fat stored during pregnancy. However to ensure that you do not suffer a nutrient deficiency it is important to eat a healthy diet. It's not only about the calories. You could get 500 extra calories from a bag of chips but that will not be healthy calories. Hence it is advisable to opt for healthy options and aim at eating as per your needs. Needs are determined by your hunger as well as ensuring that you eat a small meal every two to three hours.

if i eat nutritious food which is high in calori but less oily.and if its proportion is as normal body want the <u>calori</u> then will extra energy for breast feeding comes from breaking of fat present inside the body which is stored during pragnency%/ ???

1) milk production depends on how nutricious is your meal..<br>
2) if it is low calorie then weakness will be there<br>
3) more fat and sugar content then you may gain weight
